We're sorry that you have to visit our registration help page, but since you're here, let's see how quickly we can solve your problem. There are a few common reasons why people might have trouble activating their registration. You might be experiencing something similar. Let's review the steps:

  1. YOU fill in the registration form.
  2. WE automatically send activation instructions to the email account that you entered in the registration form.
  3. YOU check your email account and find the activation instructions we sent you. The message will be from "MOViN 100.7 FM" and the subject will be "Here's your MOViN 100.7 FM activation code."
  4. IF YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL, follow the activation instructions by clicking on the activation link in the message.
  5. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL, a few things may be happening:
    • Maybe your email account filtered the message to your "Trash" or "Junk Mail" folder (or blocked the message completely) . . . PLEASE CHECK THOSE FOLDERS FOR THE ACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING.
    • Or maybe we didn't send you the activation email . . . if you think that is the case, please and we'll send you another activation email OR we can manually activate your account for you.
    • Please note that some email service providers are more aggressive at blocking email from unknown senders. In our experience, these include "HOTMAIL," "MSN," "AOL" and "YAHOO." If you use one of these email providers, that might help explain the difficulty.
